1.Safety and Hygiene
All fresh food and drink products contain bacteria. Bacteria present in raw milk can be virtually eliminated by two methods: pasteurization or UHT (Ultra Heat Treatment). If the bacteria levels in raw milk are very high, pasteurization is not enough to make the milk safe and it must be UHT. The best milk has low levels of bacteria present in its raw state, before pasteurization. Hua Xia’s raw milk bacteria levels are on a par with levels found in the best of raw milk in the USA and Europe and their standards far exceed China's national minimum requirement levels! We achieve these results through
strict levels of hygiene and process control and by ensuring that our cows stay

2. Wondermilk is naturally healthy .
It contains naturally high levels of protein (over 3.5%) and fat (3-5%), this is because we feed and look after our cows extremely well! Each day they eat a carefully balanced diet of up to 19 healthy foodstuffs and drink as much water as they like- up to 100l a day! With the use of fans and water sprinklers in the summer and heated water in winter, we also keep them stress free. In turn, our happy and healthy cows provide us with a smooth supply of milk!

3. Taste.
Our international customers tell us that Wondermilk tastes like “milk from home”. It has a great fresh taste! Our more scientific coffee shop users love its’ “froth factor” for their cappuccinos and its great flavor when paired with good coffee.

4.NO HORMONES, NO ADDITIVES, NO ANTIBIOTICS
Our milk contains NO HORMONES, NO ADDITIVES, NO ANTIBIOTICS! Like with everything that we do, we take this policy seriously and we adhere to at every level. We are often asked if our milk is organic but we do not carry an organic label for several reasons. The main reason is that we do not have access to readily available organic cow feed. We feed our cows 19 different foodstuffs. While some foodstuffs are imported, we also choose to support the local farmers in Sanhe by buying thousands of tones of their freshly harvested corn silage every year. This is not certified organic!

5. Delivery Service:
We deliver cold and fresh Wondermilk, Wonderyogurt and ice creams to around 550 households in Beijing several times per week. Delivery is FREE subject to a minimum monthly order value. Our delivery service is very flexible and we also give our customers free cartons of Wondermilk according to their monthly values.
